- How does the process work?
- We review your procedure and needs, an NP completes a telehealth evaluation, and we schedule your nursing care.
- What happens at the NP evaluation?
- It's via telehealth with an RN at your location. In-person NP visits are arranged when medically necessary.
- Do you replace my surgeon?
- No. Your surgeon directs your surgical care; we support their plan and communicate concerns.
- Where can care be provided?
- In your home, hotel, or recovery residence across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade.
- Can a nurse stay overnight?
- Yes, with an eight-hour minimum, arranged in advance.
- Are services covered by insurance?
- No. Our services are private pay.
- When should care be scheduled?
- As early as possible so we can coordinate with your surgeon and reserve coverage.
- Can you assist with drains and dressings?
- Yes, when ordered by your surgeon and within the clinician's scope.
- Do you provide emergency care?
- No. For a medical emergency, call 911.
- Is IV hydration guaranteed?
- Packages include one IV treatment only when clinically appropriate and ordered after evaluation.
